The Activities Director goes out of her way to schedule things that will tempt Dad and that other residents will find appealing as well. When I visit my Dad I'm greeted by name, whether it is a caregiver, a member of the management team, the dining staff, or someone in housekeeping. Forget that Dad likes living here- it's pleasant to visit from my point of view!"
